Your nutrition data, inside MCP
Alma exposes a member-authorized MCP server at https://mcp.alma.food so compatible apps can ask about meals, Alma Score, goals, weight history, and profile preferences.
How to connect
Add Alma in an MCP-compatible app, or paste https://mcp.alma.food. The member verifies email, then asks questions about their own food. Alma Premium is required.
Permissions
OAuth scopes are alma:read and alma:write. The product setup page describes read access to meals, scores, goals, weight, and profile. See Alma developer resources and openapi.json.
